How to use it
- Press the button to start the cold-press motor.
- Add prepared fruit — peeled where needed, cut into roughly ½–⅝ in pieces.
- Feed a piece at a time and let the auger draw it in. Use the pusher for firmer pieces.
- Empty the pulp tray when it fills.
- Pour, then rinse the removable parts clean.

If it jams or won't come apart
Elixo reverses on its own when it senses a jam, and that clears most of them. If it doesn't, hold the power button to run the auger in reverse yourself.
Do the same when cleaning: if the parts won't separate, it's usually pulp or fibre still wrapped around the auger. Hold the button to reverse it, clear what comes out, then take it apart and rinse. Never force a stuck part.
